Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) Case in Coating Industry

The zeolite rotor + RTO exhaust gas treatment-concentration oxidation technology concentrates high- volume, low-concentration exhaust gases into low-volume, high-concentration streams, thereby reducing equipment investment costs and operational expenses while enhancing the efficiency of VOCs treatment. When processing large-volume, low-concentration exhaust gases for combustion and recovery, direct combustion without a zeolite rotor would result in not only bulky exhaust treatment equipment but also substantial fuel operation costs.

Performance Characteristics of Zeolite Rotary Wheel in Exhaust Gas Treatment

(1) High adsorption and desorption efficiency converts originally high-volume, low-concentration VOCs exhaust gases into low-volume, high-concentration exhaust gases, thereby reducing the cost of downstream final treatment equipment.

(2) The reduced pressure generated during zeolite rotor adsorption of VOCs can significantly decrease power consumption.

(3) The concentration factor ranges from 3 to 20 times, significantly reducing the size of post-processing equipment and lowering operating costs.

(4) The integrated system adopts a pre-assembly and modular design approach, which reduces spatial requirements while enabling continuous operation and unmanned control modes.
