Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) Case in Coating Industry
Case: Qingyuan Shichuang Coating Technology Co., Ltd
Exhaust Gas Components
( 1) Sulfur-containing compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, dimethyl sulfides, sulfides and sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds;
(2) Nitrogen-containing compounds,such as ammonia, amines, nitriles, nitro compounds, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, etc.;
(3) Compounds composed of carbon, hydrogen, or carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen (low alcohols, aldehydes, fatty acids, etc.).
Waste Gas Characteristics:
1) Flammable and explosive gases. Examples include low- boiling-point ketones, aldehydes, easily polymerizable unsa- turated hydrocarbons, and large quantities of flammable and explosive gases, which can readily cause fires and explosions with significant hazards.
(2) Most emissions are irritating or corrosive. Gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, chlorine, hydrogen fluoride, and others exhibit irritating or corrosive properties.
(3) Waste gas contains various floating particles with significant hazards. The floating particles emitted during production processes include dust, flue gas, acid mist, and other diverse types, posing substantial environmental risks.
